T.A.R.A. Elects New Leadership Team

  The membership of Tulsa Area Republican Assembly has elected a new slate of leaders for 2017-18.
  David Van Risseghem was selected to be president, by acclamation. He formerly served as Chaplain for 2015-16. He is the publisher of SoonerPolitics.org, a political publication which brings together about 100 citizen journalists and professional media outlets.
  David Oldham was elected vice president on a contested race. Oldham has previously served as an Oklahoma Presidential Elector, for Donald Trump. Oldham is an independent businessman and recipient of the Defenders of Liberty awards for his leadership in protecting individual rights and advocating constitutionally limited government.
  Donny Tiemann was elected Secretary/Treasurer by acclamation. Tiemann is currently serving as State Committeeman for the Tulsa County Republican Party. Donny & his wife, Brenda, are very active in promoting Republican values. Brenda has been the president of the Tulsa Republican Women's Club. Donny Tiemann is an announced candidate for Tulsa County Commissioner, in an upcoming election.
